Certification doesn’t prevent problems—systems do.I am a quality-systems and operations leader with a passion for bridging global strategy with local execution. My career has centered on integrating manufacturing excellence, supply-chain resilience and organizational learning across dynamic, multinational environments.Currently pursuing doctoral research in Global Quality Management Systems (GQMS), I am investigating how multinational corporations reconcile headquarters-driven systems with subsidiary autonomy—focusing on the mechanisms that differentiate substantive quality performance from symbolic compliance (decoupling). Anchored in institutional theory, systems thinking and dynamic-capability frameworks, my work examines how digitalized quality infrastructures, leadership cognition and cultural context (via the GLOBE framework) drive or inhibit meaningful implementation.Whether leading teams on the floor, coordinating cross-border supplier networks or advancing academic insight, I bring a dual lens of practitioner discipline and scholarly curiosity. I’m especially interested in collaborating with fellow researchers, operational leaders and global executives who are exploring the interplay of high-rigour systems, human cognition and cultural nuance in manufacturing and quality domains.
