Steven’s breadth of experience covers project management and electrical design for projects varying from Greenfield Data Centers, Medium Voltage Service and Base Building Upgrades to Complex Trading Floors, Studios, Cafes and Large LEED Certified Interior Fitouts. Steven also supports his clients with lease reviews and negotiations, building evaluations, budgeting, contractor interviews and MEP standards development. Steven’s strongest asset is his ability to develop strong relationships with his client’s and his dedication to constantly exceeding their expectations.
