About Steven Schonberger
I have been working almost exclusively on & related projects since April 2020 and will continue to do so until further notice. I also currently support the on-boarding of new & existing customers approved for Business Lending via the Citizens Bank VantageLink Digital Lending platform. I also continue to support the RSS Deposit Services Team within Business Credit Services along with being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on various Deposit Account related matters such as Fraud, Digital (Online & Mobile) Banking & overall Citizens Bank policies & procedures. My previous duties included helping to manage the daily Overdraft reporting of Business & Commercial customers to Business Banking Relationship Managers & their Leaders/Credit Officers as appropriate along with processing Advances/Paydowns for Commercial Credit facilities. From May 2005-May 2015, I specialized in direct to customer support of Tier 2 Online Banking, Mobile Banking/Bill Pay, Web Bill Pay and Quicken/QuickBooks issues. This was a supervisory role that provided support to a broad range of internal colleagues along with external customers. I was adept at locating and preventing fraud while assisting in Root Cause analysis of both Online Banking Fraud issues and fraud issues through other banking channels in conjunction with internal Risk Management, Fraud Prevention and Corporate Security teams. Recognized by Management and customers alike for my problem solving abilities along with consistently being the Top Performer in the Incentive Program that applied to my Team. Specialties: Fraud Detection & Prevention, Root cause analysis of Fraud in across all Banking channels, Mobile Banking/Payments, Quicken/QuickBooks/Web Bill Payment problem resolution, Commercial/Consumer Lending/Deposit research & customer problem resolution.
