Connecture\'s commercial line of business was acquired by Benefitfocus where I now manage project teams consisting of business and integration consultants, test managers, and analysts who configure existing and build new features. Currently leading a $5 million implementation of a full quote to pay solution for a regional Blue Cross Blue Shield insurer. Program structured as multiple overlapping workstreams utilizing scaled agile. In parallel, I am leading a $3 million client delivery effort implementing a new product solution for a separate regional Blue. I also support enhancements and ongoing maintenance for another Blue. Prior, I have led a membership system integration for another regional Blue and a membership data exchange enhancement project for yet another regional Blue insurer.
