I care deeply about changing the way the development sector works so that power sits with communities. Over the past year, I’ve been focused on climate action projects, looking at what “green” accountability means on the ground and how to make sure climate funding actually reaches and benefits the people it’s meant to support.I’ve worn many hats in my career: grant manager, fundraiser, strategist, writer, project manager, but at the heart I’m someone who loves learning and trying new things to grow both personally and professionally. I’m also a parent, passionate about breaking down barriers and opening up flexible working so that others can thrive in their careers while balancing family life.
