Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for semiconductor components, from material planning through to customer delivery, ensuring alignment with production forecasts and new product introduction schedules (NPI)• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics across North America and APAC, coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse teams to meet strict delivery timelines• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating SLAs, pricing, and lead times while ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards• Implement and refine scalable logistics processes covering shipping, warehousing, and distribution, improving cost efficiency and delivery performance• Balance inventory through vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and consignment programs, minimising shortages and excess stock• Track and analyse KPIs — including lead-time adherence, inventory turns, and delivery accuracy — to drive continuous improvement• Lead and mentor a small logistics and planning team, fostering collaboration, standardisation, and a focus on results• Utilise ERP systems and analytics tools to enhance supply chain visibility, traceability, and data-driven decision-making
