   I work with Sales team members to generate sales using customer focused solutions in a pre- and post-sales support role, which includes the presentation of hardware and software solutions to C level prospects, business management and IT administrators in which I serve as a technology expert, project manager and integrator of these related solutions. Additional roles include IT administration and network support which given me a better understanding prospect needs and assures the tentative prospect that there is a greater depth to understanding the needs, processes and obstacles that integration and change management involve. I also conduct R&D of current and future software solutions which have aided in the creation of our library vend solution, workflow, document management, cost accounting and security product lines.
