For more than three decades, I’ve dedicated my life to helping people see their value, step into their purpose, and develop the confidence to lead. My work has centered on mentoring, leadership development, and expanding access to opportunity — especially for individuals who have been overlooked, underestimated, or unsure of their next step.I believe potential is a seed placed inside every person. When it’s nurtured with guidance, belief, structure, and support, it grows into leadership, resilience, and legacy. My calling is to empower that potential — in students, emerging adults, professionals, and leaders — through frameworks that are simple, transformational, and actionable.As a keynote speaker and consultant, I partner with schools, universities, nonprofits, corporations, and faith-based organizations to build mentoring cultures that change lives.
