ABOUT STEVEN PUST
I was born in California and graduated from Sacramento State University. I competed as a Division 1 track and field athlete during my time at Sacramento State. My first three years past college, I trained for the Olympic Trials, while running my own personal training business, Mental Edge Training. I currently work as an Executive Trainer at NW Fitness Project in Seattle, WA.
