Leading our Life Insurance unit in development of the IUL products as well as the Life Marketing team. The results of which have generated more then 120mm of premium in only 2 products annually. Collectively we have been apart of expanding distribution to twice the size of our original distribution during my tenure. I have brought my 30 plus years experience to development and marketing of this brand new Annexus and Industry leading product. Educating through Webinars and In person visits with our IMO, BGA and Wholesale member organizations. My charge is to lead the Sales and Training efforts through inbound and outbound leadership of the team, as well as in person live presentations, to accomplish very aggressive goals in sales via our partner IMO\'s. I am a very frequently requested speaker to financial and insurance professionals throughout the industry.
