About Steven Nixon
A retired Army National Guard officer and journeyman improvement leader; I have led efforts to lean processes and organizations in a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, aerospace, banking, business and travel services, and heavy equipment sales and service. With 30 years this December in the same home, my wife Tamiko and I are Oklahomans, with no desire to live anywhere else. We have raised two happy, healthy, and productive children who have decided to stay here, making this home. My joy is helping others build their improvement story from identifying what they want to accomplish to sharing how and what they did and the resulting impact.
