Also includes various cross functional project P&L’s in transformational areas.Responsible for providing financial expertise and insights to ExCo, ExCo-1 and management teams in order to support decision-making and drive performance. Providing end-to-end expenses management, integrating BAU and Projectexpense partnering including responsibilities for project benefit realisation and setting and understanding cost allocation drivers.
