    I support Caterpillar\'s and our customer\'s Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) goals by providing technical and commercial leadership for hydrogen-fueled power generation and Fuel Cell Electric Machine (FCEM) projects- Technical lead for hydrogen capital equipment at Caterpillar’s hydrogen demonstration site including compression and storage equipment. Led specification, bid requisitioning, and supplier selection. Stewarded and monitored supplier performance- Championed hydrogen safety on internal company projects including a 1MW natural gas/hydrogen flex fuel combined heat and power generator set demonstration. Authored the hydrogen safety plan, coordinated the pre-PHA/HAZID and HAZOP studies, consulted on results of Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA), and contributed to the development of operations policies and procedures including site safety plan, emergency response plan, purge procedure, and pre-startup safety review- Advised on critical safety activities of a 1.5MW stationary fuel cell power demonstration. Participated as technical expert for hydrogen system during HAZOP study, Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR), commissioning, start-up, and decommissioning- Consulted on the technical design of hydrogen systems across multiple projects and facilities. Provided reviews and recommendations for the project team on hydrogen-related engineering documents and drawings- Conducted market analysis and insight to identify business opportunities within the hydrogen value chain including power generation from fuel cells- Developed functional and technical specifications and requirements for hydrogen system equipment and components with a focus on productization.
