I am a young professional passionate about scientific practices in both biotechnology applications and problem-solving situations. My strong work ethic and optimistic perspective compliment my ability to strive for external customer solutions and internal continuous improvement.In my current role, I balance project management and research and development roles for Illumina’s custom and commercial Microarray products specializing in DNA methylation. Through these responsibilities I practice many key components to scientific troubleshooting and effective communication to drive cross-departmental team success. I\'m proud of my 6S Green Belt certification to feature my passion of increasing process efficiencies and reducing waste.When I\'m not working, I enjoy road cycling, learning new things, downhill skiing, and am always looking for a new backpacking adventure!

   Manage custom and commercial orders for Illumina flagship BeadArray products ranging from DNA Methylation and genotyping applications for human and agriculture species. Facilitate pre-production, quality assurance, and bioinformatic assessment tasks in an independent and team setting.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in project management and research and development roles. e.g. biochemistry manufacturing, marketing, customer service, software, and product development.• Design and execute wet lab experiments for proof-of-concept array optimizations.
