Mortgage achievements include receiving \'rookie of the year\' award, annual Gold Level Recipient and grew personal production from $4 million annually to over $36 million annually. I left the mortgage industry to pursue a professional speaking and writing career. Since that time I personally trained over business professionals in the areas of exceptional customer service, professional selling, communication skills, conflict management and enlightened self-interest. In 2007 I authored the business book,\"Client-Conscious Prospecting, How to Overcome Call Reluctance and Reach Your Full Sales Potential\"(Amazon). In early 2018 I came back to mortgage banking with Ameris Bank where I possess both a deep desire and all out focus in helping my clients and realtors to get what they want.

Personal responsibilities include originating, managing and closing residential home loans.
