Infratech Digital is the vehicle I created with my co-founder to change the world of Technology EA and introduce concepts like \"Design+Build\" from building architecture into IT architecture. Infratech will change the world of IT and return organisations to the standard of uptime, security and availability.As CTO I will be promoting the Infratech Methodology globally and training the next generation of Infrastructure Architects to support large organisations in the UK and beyond.

ABOUT STEVEN HARRISON
From the day my dad brought home the IBM 8086, I was obsessed with IT and quickly realised I had a knack for computers. This hobby soon became my calling, when I ended up running the IT department at my primary school, then landed my first job at 14 with a local SI / VAR. I quickly found ways to showcase my expertise and move through the ranks. That experience in turn propelled me into a lifelong career in business & IT with several start-ups, service providers, and large enterprises across 5 countries.Throughout my career, holding various high-profile IT positions across Canada, the Caribbean, and Europe, I noticed a recurring issue: many companies faced significant challenges due to what I call the \"Engineers’ Biases\" limiting their thinking and ability to apply technology. These biases often led to inefficiencies and roadblocks in innovation, driving up tech debt and cost.In 2019, my co-founder and I combined our experience and strategised a new approach. Having trained many IT professionals over the years, we realised there was a better way to provide structure and capability in IT. We combined years of knowledge from across IT buyers and service providers on how to effectively create a positive business impact through change. This became the model for Infratech Digital, which is now known as our 5Cubed Methodology.
