Develop project plans with short and long term targets that enable the overall strategy of DuBois Chemicals to meet our acquisition synergy goals through insourcing of production including but not limited to manufacturing plant consolidation projects. Develop overall network strategy and develop an integrated approach, conduct cost/return on investment analysis, and align leadership. Provide cross functional project management in all phases of projects with objective of attaining project\'s stated objectives. This project includes recent acquisition related network analysis goals to include but not limited to: manufacturing insourcing/occupation of facility for warehouses needs, production insourcing, product line transitions between sites. This role will also provide manufacturing/process engineering support for plants as part of these projects and to improve existing infrastructure.

As someone who can be reserved, I drive, and expect, analysis, planning, and data driven decision making. With my education in Mechanical and Materials Engineering, I rely on methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean to enhance root cause analysis, problem solving and streamlining. At this stage, I am looking to be a contributor to an organization seeking to build on performance improvements.
