1. Senior Consultant

   IPM Integrated Project Management Company

   Jan 2013 — Present

   Accountable for overall project management leadership for clients in the life sciences, food & beverage, industrial, healthcare and/or consumer products industries.* Provided project management leadership to a west coast CPG company looking to open a new manufacturing facility on the east coast. Support included managing eight functional workstreams by developing an integrated project plan, developing tools to establish appropriate levels of communication, address and resolve issues, track budgets and ensure decisions are made at the appropriate level.* Work with the Asset Strategy Lead to manage the new product development portfolio of skincare products. The portfolio includes 15 different development projects for topical skincare products and hydra-dermabrasion facial devices.* Led efforts to successfully and expeditiously stop the sale of a former blockbuster oncology product that was co-developed by two international pharmaceutical companies. The initiative was completed in 4 months; 12 months faster than originally projected with minimal disruptions to patients.* Provided program leadership and support to the pharmacovigilance and patient safety functions during an integration between two multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical companies.* Helped to develop a CMC project plan for a small bio-pharmaceutical company looking to launch a new drug in three major markets.* Planned and managed a $8.2MM project to update the motors and/or doors on nearly medical devices in the U.S. and Canada.* Planned and managed a project to transfer test volume from a medical group with over 90 different physician offices to a new medical testing laboratory. The effort includes testing, building and implementing custom IT interfaces that will connect physician offices to the medical testing laboratory.
