I serve as a Public Information Officer II as part of the Communications and Public Affairs team for Placer\'s County Executive Office. I support the county\'s North Lake Tahoe departments with news releases, media relations, video production, social media creation and community engagement. I also specialize in marketing and community engagement our Economic Development department, the county\'s Film Office, transit, as well as our Human Resources department. I also assist in county-wide communications projects. I provide essential information and updates to the public during emergencies, highlight department events, create and distribute press releases, develop social media content and promote county services and programs. I will also provide high-level support for the county\'s board of supervisors as well as the CEO and executive staff.
