Oversee and manage projects through all of the defined phases of the project life cycle utilizing a team of Project Delivery Services Project Managers and cross functional teams comprised of product experts, Network, Infrastructure, Security and other required IT support areas assigned to these projects. Program Manager for the relocation of a hospital affiliate\'s data center to a new Montefiore Remote Hosting Data Center. Efforts included implementing and configuring a new Network Infrastructure, creation of a Disaster Recovery Environment, deployment of a new ASA Firewall, rack and stack of equipment, connecting to high speed circuit, testing, migration and establishment of hosting operations guidelines and support procedures. Program Manager Core Network Upgrade. Installed a new network core and distribution infrastructure to pave the way for new applications that require higher speeds, enhanced redundancy, dynamic reallocation of IT services, and provide enhanced proactive monitoring capability which will lead to reduced application and network disruptions resulting in enhanced patient care.
