ABOUT STEVEN HUMPHREY

Over fifteen years of experience, eleven at Muller Engineering Company. • Steven was recruited by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) after the historic flooding of September 2013 for their massive response efforts to repair flood damaged communities and infrastructure. Steven worked initially as the Operations Lead at the Incident Command Center and later as the Project Delivery Lead for CDOT’s Flood Recovery Office (FRO).• Steven’s other professional experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, detention and water quality pond design, storm sewer design, civil site design, roadway, park, and trail design, utility analysis and design, and erosion control projects for CDOT and local municipalities.• Over three years of design experience with an Architectural and Engineering firm, working in land development, surveying, water resources and transportation. • Two years of internship experience with an Architectural and Engineering firm, working in land development, surveying, structural design, water resources and transportation. • Experience as a Project Manager, Group Manager, Team Leader and Design Engineer on a variety of projects.• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microstation and Inroads. • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.Specialties: • LEED® AP Certified• Professional Engineer• Graduated in 2007 with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, General Civil Concentration.
