At CBRE I am involved in a wide range of investment transactions across Scotland. I represented Carlyle Group in the sale of the Tanfield office complex in Edinburgh to Rockspring for £56 million. This is one of the largest multi-let office buildings in the city with tenants including Dell, Aecom, Trainline and FNZ. I represented Aberdeen Asset Management and Lloyds Banking Group in the sale of the Scottish Widows HQ at Port Hamilton, Edinburgh. The building was sold to private investors for £105.5 million making it the largest office investment transaction in Edinburgh for a decade. I also have a particular focus on development funding projects and successfully secured funding for the Collegelands office development in Glasgow for £52 million and a new multi-storey car park at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre for £23 million.I am currently instructed to secure a funding partner for the next phase of industrial development at Eurocentral. The development will comprise sq ft of high quality logistics accommodation with a net development value of £27 million. My other recent projects include- the sale of the Allan-Robb Campus, a new-build bespoke research and development facility at Edinburgh BioCampus for £15 million- the sale of a multi-let retail parade at 196-206 Union Street, Aberdeen Silvan House, Edinburgh on behalf of CBRE Global Investors for £5 million- the disposal of a prime multi-let office building at 1-4 Glenfinlas Street, Edinburgh on behalf of a private investor for £7.5 million- the purchase of Royal Elizabeth Yard, Edinburgh, a multi-let industrial estate on behalf of a private property company for £4.1 million.
