Nowhere in the world is education and economic development in more need of improvement than in rural East Africa.I am working with WTA to provide technology services, educational programs, and work-based learning to provide the skills and experience needed for employment and entrepreneurship. These programs target low-resource rural schools in the developing world. Key Areas of Impact: Spearheaded IT infrastructure planning and implementation for Tanzanian schools, designing computer labs and teacher training programs to bridge the digital divide. Provided strategic program management for IT Infrastructure and Educational Content initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions and digital literacy programs. Secured significant funding for the Tanzanian program through effective fundraising and relationship-building with donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors. Collaborated with diverse stakeholders to execute innovative programs fostering digital equity and economic opportunity in rural Africa. Managed and led geographically dispersed teams to ensure successful project outcomes and long-term sustainability of initiatives.
