Established a new enterprise Product function, shaping the strategy, operating model and governance for a multi-million-pound AI and real‑time decisioning platform. Secured two £10m+ investment cycles, shaping compelling, data‑driven business cases and converting strategic ambitions into executable cloud, data and AI roadmaps. Led the end‑to‑end transformation of NatWest’s real‑time profiling systems, delivering a modular, cloud‑native platform that improves scalability, latency and analytical agility across fraud journeys. Delivered the bank’s first agentic AI use case into production, implementing multi‑agent orchestration and accelerating innovation through a pipeline of additional POCs. Built and scaled the bank’s in‑house data science capability, including delivery of a feature store, modern ML workflows and reusable components to speed experimentation and deployment. Responsible for vendor relationships and market scanning, providing strategic challenge and ensuring the CoE adopts best‑in‑class cloud, AI and fraud‑detection capabilities that deliver sustained performance. Leading the CoE’s strategic partnership with AWS and Accenture, aligning cloud engineering, platform modernisation and AI innovation to enable next‑generation fraud prevention. Driving portfolio prioritisation, outcome‑focused delivery and Agile ways of working, improving iteration cadence, collaboration and rapid unblocking across data science, engineering and fraud SMEs.
