I also support onboarding Customer Advocacy Advisors and ensuring smooth transition to long‑term support.• Successfully delivering complex OpenBlue deployments in commercial, municipal, cultural, and public‑sector environments. • Accelerating customer go‑live readiness by resolving technical blockers involving Metasys, network/security, OBB installation, and CUP model validation. • Ensuring all contractual deliverables are met, enabling timely movement to paid subscription services. • Building trusted, executive‑level client relationships through clear, diplomatic communication and proactive leadership.
