As a Graphic Designer for The Ticker, I support the newspaper’s visual storytelling through creative layouts and digital graphics. My work helps strengthen the publication’s visual identity and engage readers across print and online platforms reaching thousands of students and faculty.• Design continuous graphics and layouts for news and feature stories, improving visual engagement across print and digital issues each week• Collaborate with a team of 10+ editors and writers to align visuals with each article’s message and tone• Continue developing skills in layout design, typography, and teamwork within a professional newsroom setting
