Pearl Health is a physician enablement technology company that focuses on helping PCPs transition to value-based care, starting with Medicare\'s ACO REACH model. Pearl’s technology and data help PCPs focus attention on the patients most likely in need of care, and we realign incentives – via ACO REACH and Pearl-provided revenue enhancements – that enable them to have more quality time with patients. • Led team to achieve >10X year-over-year growth in first year at Pearl, building Pearl\'s network to manage ~40k traditional Medicare patients through partnership with 800+ primary care physicians across 25 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. • Building, scaling, and leading the Growth team (from 5 to >30 team members) – and revamping GTM operating model – across sales (network development), marketing & brand, growth strategy & operations, growth partnerships, and solutions design, in service of the company\'s growth targets • Partnering with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Clinical Strategy to refine Pearl\'s value proposition, messaging, and GTM strategy to achieve multiple horizons of growth objectives • Serving as member of company management team responsible for prioritizing company\'s top strategic initiatives, guiding company culture, and reporting to our board of directors • Serving as member of senior leadership team • Serving as member of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee
