I work with global brands to turn design intent into scalable, real-world material solutions.With a background in international key account management, I’ve supported leading brands across multi-site rollouts, new concepts, and global refresh programmes to help bridge the gap between design ambition and commercial delivery.My work sits at the intersection of:• Design & Brand Standards — supporting architects and designers to bring concepts to life without losing intent• Specification & Materials — ensuring materials are not just aesthetic, but tested, viable, and ready for global rollout• Commercial Strategy — building frameworks that work across regions, supply chains, and operational realitiesIn practice, that often means acting as the link between design teams, procurement, and delivery partners—aligning creative vision with performance, cost, and scalability.I’m particularly interested in how we can:• Introduce more circular and sustainable material solutions at scale• Improve material performance in high-demand environments• Create better alignment between design ambition and operational realityI’m now continuing this work at Smile Materials, where we’re helping brands scale circular, high-performance materials across global rollouts.If you’re working on a new concept, rollout, or reviewing material strategy across your estate, I’m always happy to connect.
