Thrilled to join Norgine as IT Contracts Manager - leading commercial strategy, supplier performance, and contract lifecycle control across a complex IT supplier environment.This role brings together strategic sourcing, supplier governance, and contract compliance to ensure alignment with Norgine’s technology standards, budget oversight, and digital transformation roadmap.Current focus areas include- Structuring and embedding category strategies across ERP, SaaS, infrastructure, and cyber security services- Leading commercial negotiations and lifecycle governance across IT contracts, ensuring alignment to regulatory and audit requirements (GDPR, GxP, ISO)- Initiating structured supplier segmentation and performance frameworks (SRM), with QBR rollout and SLA-driven accountability- Driving software and license utilisation reviews with business units to maximise value and optimise total cost of ownership- Supporting audit readiness and compliance assurance across supplier contracts, MSAs, and SLAs- Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Business Services to improve contract renewals, supplier transparency, and risk mitigation- Leading contract and spend reporting cycles to inform senior stakeholders and drive commercial decision-makingMy remit includes ownership of over £10M in IT category spend with a growing focus on contract analytics, commercial leverage, and supplier-driven innovation.As the procurement model matures, I’ll be shaping new ways of working across CLM, supplier audits, and business service collaboration—so this scope will continue to evolve over the next 3–6 months.
