I am an experienced program manager with 6 years working at the intersection of public, private, and social sectors. I am passionate about connecting stakeholders to leverage their sectoral strengths to solve the complex problems with my extensive knowledge in building cross-sector partnerships. I am committed to delivering values to customers with an empathetic approach. I help my clients develop strategic priorities in employee engagement and corporate social responsibility through a holistic analysis of its business strategy, evaluate their current environment, identify and analyze performance metrics, and determine the optimal path to success. I also enjoy coaching individuals for success. Having managed more than 150 pro bono consulting projects for 8 different clients, I was able to work with 400+ corporate employees and design experiential learning for them to navigate and learn from challenging situations. I have developed strong capabilities in program design and management, data analysis, policy analysis, and communicating customer insights to diverse audiences. With the diverse background, I believe I will thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment with a blend of the technical, communication, and managerial skills. I am multilingual in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese and I hold a Master of Public Policy from the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University, a Master of Science in Statistics from the George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the Ohio State University.
