ABOUT STEVEN CHADWICK
I am a Partner in the Commercial Litigation group at Loopstra Nixon LLP. Prior to joining the firm, I practiced corporate, commercial, and securities litigation at a prominent litigation boutique in Toronto where I assisted clients with a broad range of issues, including shareholder disputes, commercial disputes, regulatory proceedings, and securities class actions. Before that time, I worked in the Toronto office of a national law firm and in the legal department of a major Canadian bank. I have a practical approach to litigation with a focus on results and keeping costs down.
