I have over 20 years\' experience in helping clients to understand and build products that are focussed on meeting clients’ business needs. I lead the New Product Development (NPD) service which brings together our experience in developing innovative products and bringing them to market. I am a passionate advocate for the use of technology to combat illicit trade and extracting the maximum possible value from the use of such technologies and leads PA’s business development work in this area. I am also a strong supporter of the development of intellectual property into a commercial product and I have helped more than half a dozen venture companies develop and bring to market their product.Specialties: Developing innovative products and bringing them to market – taking clients’ business cases and market specifications and developing the commercial product.Implementing anti-illicit trade strategies and turning them from a cost to return value.Delivering technology to bring ventures to profitability – working with venture companies to commercially develop the core intellectual property and so maximise the return on investment as soon as possible.
