ABOUT STEVEN BRAND
With the majority of my 25-plus year career spent within the Video Game industry, I\'ve been fortunate to have contributed to some much-loved franchises during my time at Rare and now at Codemasters/EA. Although from a Design background, my time working in Production and Publishing has given me a wide and varied skill set, with experiences that I\'ve been able to successfully lean on more recently as Lead Designer and in my current role of Associate Creative Director.I also enjoyed spending a few years in commercial software design, applying my skills and experience gained working in games, whilst constantly learning and picking up on new best practices where i could. My passion for video games was too strong though and so i\'m back where i should be.I\'m happiest when supporting and working with teams to build the best user experiences possible, and gain great satisfaction when mentoring, supporting and empowering Designers to product their best work!
