A highly experienced IT Software Test Manager, who is ISEB certified to Practitioner level, with a proven track record in delivering large, multi-platform, high profile projects within AWS, Virtual and in-house infrastructure.I have over 22 years testing experience, with a large number of years in the highly regulated banking and finance sector.Key Skills- Successfully managed and delivered functional testing (ST, SIT, UAT, Manual & Automated) and non-functional testing (Performance, OAT, Security, DR, Usability & Failover)- Experience of working with and managing projects using sequential (Waterfall, V-Model) and incremental (Agile/Kanban) software development models- I have formed and managed multiple in-house and offshore test teams including working with Service Integrators.(Max Team ~25 testers)- I have successfully introduced new technologies, tools or processes into the organisations.
