I am responsible for mobilizing and leading the transformation of our TELUS team into a fully digital and cloud native organization with new ways of working, team member technology and productivity tools, and advance the next generation of TELUS and our workforce. We partner with executives and leaders across TELUS to develop our strategic plans and priorities, deliver upon key transformation initiatives, work across the executive team on strategic priorities, and leading the digital talent development and experiences to make TELUS team members the most productive and engaged team on the planet. I lead the team responsible for much of the internal enabling technology that powers and enables TELUS team members to deliver world leading service, including SAP and our SAP transformation journey, team member experiences and devices, collaboration tools (incl. Google Workspace, Slack), service desk, service centre, and the strategy behind creating an amazing work environment for our entire TELUS team. I am accountable for our cloud partnerships including our innovative 10-year partnership with Google. This partnership brings our two world-leading organizations together to collaborate on accelerating TELUS\' digital transformation journey, the co-creation of innovative services for our customers in Canada and around the world, and delivering better social outcomes through our collaboration. Lead the migration of TELUS applications and infrastructure to the Google Cloud Platform.
