I have been litigating and prosecuting patent cases for over 30 years. My experience includes litigating over 100 patent cases in district courts and other forums, including over 40 ITC investigations, cross-examining the principal technical experts and witnesses in 20 major patent trials, and prosecuting over 100 patent applications as a registered patent lawyer. The lion\'s share of these cases have been in the telecommunications, computer, or semiconductor fields, including trials against Apple relating to LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, graphics processing, or processing cores, against TiVo/Rovi directed at cable networks or user interfaces, against Spansion/Cypress concerning flash memory, against Kodak relating to digital imaging, against Chinese manufacturers concerning digital optical storage, and against Intel directed at networking devices. Have conducted licensing and enforcement programs for standard-essential patents, prepared opinions of counsels, served as a mediator, and handled reexaminations and IPR\'s of litigated patents.
