Designing and delivering a comprehensive comms strategy aimed at both internal and external audiences, covering 6 Client Technology & Innovation (CT & I) teams: Operations, Product Development, Emerging Technology, Innovation & Growth, Technology Thought Leadership, and Neuro-Diverse Centre of Excellence- Coordinating with key regional and global stakeholders to develop regular reports, newsletters, news pieces, videos, podcasts, webcasts, client events, and stakeholder meetings designed to share CT & I progress and success stories- Blog and social media support for a number of senior leaders across all popular platforms, as well as working with a dedicated LinkedIn contact on social media training for CT & I teams. Accounts managed regularly highlighted in the Brand, Marketing & Comms newsletter for best practice- Working with the BMC team and PR companies to ensure consistency of message and alignment with the firm\'s wider campaigns- Supporting the development of a new Tech & Transformation Lab, designing and delivering events and other engagements to showcase CT & I capabilities to clients- End-to-end creation of client case studies and thought leadership articles on topics such as the metaverse, responsible AI, supply chain management, and generative AI, as well as assets including videos, social cards, and social posts to support their digital activation. One of my case studies was published on the government website and many of my pieces have made it into major outlets- Redesigning and maintaining the CT & I SharePoint, and working with the creative team to develop a new unique and consistent toolkit of comms assets including report, presentation and newsletter templates- Measuring all internal and external comms engagement, and making improvements based on the resulting insights- Writing awards applications for some CT & I functions, which have played a part in securing some notable accolades.
