About Steven Jacobson
Steve has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 2014. While attending the University of Denver, his career began with underwriting for a variety of assets in the credit department of Citywide Banks. Following graduating from the University of Denver, Steve was launched into a career specializing in office/industrial valuation. Since 2018, Steve has been an active real estate advisor working with both landlords and tenants. Recently relocating to Tampa, Steve is excited to leverage his experience and team at RIPCO to service his clients. Steve brings a conservative yet innovative, and research backed approach to the transaction process. Outside of commercial real estate he is an active trader, golfer, fisher, and snowboarder.
