Commercial & Financial responsibility of 15 programs with a value exceeding €800 Million- Calculating the full cost and price of the newly developed Bill of Material and participating in the development of the Business Plan- Developed the Product Cost Estimate - Assisting in developing the Statement of Work- Directing the team in the creation of a sound financial roadmap - Develop the Program Business Case and supports Customer Quote preparation - Assist the team in negotiations to secure the award of business - Coordinated and gathering functional inputs and assumptions to create the financial business case- Ensuring the Financial Roadmap and Business plan is maintained for the life of the Program - Commercial & Financial leader of the program team - Working closely with the Program Manager to provide an overview of financial objectives - Coach and manage the team to make sound financial decisions- Manage the reporting of program financials - Goal setting and performance to goals whilst Identifying margin enhancement opportunities - Managing the Change Request (CR) process - Capex (PAR), Tooling and Fixture Authorizations (TAs)- Cost/Price reimbursement elements of Program Scope Changes- Pricing Accuracy (METRIX and SAP), PO/Price Tracking - Quoting Production Change Requests - Provide input for forecasting: Production price, engineering spend/recovery, and tooling spend/recovery- Create strong link between trim plant and Lear BU/external customer
