I worked on various oil and gas agreements including, but not limited to: purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, assignments and bills of sale, powers of attorney, exploration agreements, farmout agreements, easements, and salt water disposal agreements. I helped to manage outside counsel with regard to various litigation actions. What I enjoyed most was working directly with land negotiators and division order analysts with their legal issues.
