I am excited to have been selected as one of the research fellow teams with the Public Policy Lab at Temple University. During this academic year, I will work on my dissertation project, which focuses on the aging population in prison, using multiple qualitative methods. In addition, I will apply structural equation modeling to examine the complexity of prison visitation in collaboration with Dr. Vîlcică. I am deeply grateful for this opportunity—not only to immerse myself in my research areas, but also to engage with this think tank network and collaborate with other fellows from the College of Liberal Arts.
