Currently tutoring STEM, for students of all ages.Recently consulting with a number of small start-ups in a variety of roles.Previously architecting and developing potential heterogeneous cloud storage services, including developing/prototyping potential cloud based product/services as orthogonal revenue streams to the existing core business. Other work included licensing, manageability and supportability software for storage based systems.I normally work as a Technical Program Manager/project lead in cross functional teams. I am well versed in team building and mentoring as well as program managing cross-functional extended teams. I enjoy interviewing, hiring, and (cross) training new team members and have a great interest in mentoring employees over their career.
