VITA is the Commonwealth’s consolidated technology services and solutions provider responsible for the operation of the state’s technology infrastructure, governance, security and oversight of major IT projects, and procurement of technology-related goods and services on behalf of state and local governmentsI lead the transformation of the Commonwealth’s Planview platform from a compliance-focused system into a value-driven service supporting statewide project delivery and governance transparency. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer (CXO), I define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and engage agency stakeholders to drive adoption and maturity. I establish executive-approved product roadmaps, repositioning Planview as a service enhancing scheduling, cost, and risk management. I deliver major enhancements and integrations that reduce manual workarounds while improving data reliability. Additionally, I develop executive dashboards and quarterly reports to improve decision-making visibility and institutionalized a sustainable product management framework encompassing release planning, backlog management, and adoption metrics.
