IIoT Enterprise Architect NEXUS Program/IIOT Solution Architect – Machine Reliability COEToyota Feb, 2023 – Current, Boston, MassachusettsEnterprise Architect for MDT NEXUS/NorthStar Program tasked with designing HPC Industry 4.0 Digital Transformation solutions for all Toyota NAMCs. Worked with plant/shop SMEs to understand auto manufacturing core functions and translate requirements into next generation HPC IIOT architectures for Industrial Digital Transformation. Partnered with Toyota engineers and architects to produce reference architectures for industrial manufacturing with real-time delivery of assembly line equipment telemetry to line operators. Solutions approved for improved production speed of auto manufacture, enhance quality, decreased quantity and costs due to outages of assembly line operations with greatly enhanced sustainability across shops. NEXUS blueprint incorporated plug-n-play components such as Ignition, Sparkplug, UNC/Ontology & EAM integration, PdM, Onlogic and Allen-Bradley Edge Gateways for high performance HMI output and real-time MLSolution Architect for MDT Machine Reliability COE tasked with working with Rockwell engineers to receive turnover of custom Equipment Data Collection (EDC) system. EDC implemented by Rockwell for Toyota over a period of years requiring extensive investigation and knowledge transfer to understand, operate, maintain and evolve the system during ongoing rollout to over 77 NAMC shops across America.Performed business and data analysis for FMEAs and proposed ontology-based, expert system knowledge engineering solution for FMEA facilitation. Designed architecture blueprint for proposed solution, which included integration with OT, MDM, Data Lake, EAM and CMMS systems. Solution included automated rule discovery from component and process FMEAs and integration of CCPs with real time telemetry fault indicators and PdM systems.
