EDC implemented by Rockwell for Toyota over a period of years requiring extensive investigation and knowledge transfer to understand, operate, maintain and evolve the system during ongoing rollout to over 77 NAMC shops across America.Performed business and data analysis for FMEAs and proposed ontology-based, expert system knowledge engineering solution for FMEA facilitation. Designed architecture blueprint for proposed solution, which included integration with OT, MDM, Data Lake, EAM and CMMS systems. Solution included automated rule discovery from component and process FMEAs and integration of CCPs with real time telemetry fault indicators and PdM systems.
