Responsible for defining logistics and materials coordination for TAR. Approves expenditures on contingency issues. Ensures detailed TAR execution plans are input into project planning tool (Primavera). Manages risk by establishing Risk Register and leading risk assessments for critical activities and ensuring robust mitigation/contingency plans are in place
