ABOUT STEVEN WHEELER

I am an army veteran with over 19 years in the Support Services management field specializing in large, fast-paced Health Care facilities. I have worked my way up through Health care Environmental Services from a supervisor to the Client Executive level in Hospitals ranging from 150 to over 800 beds covering over 1.7 million square feet. I am also familiar with running multi-campus facilities.I have years of experience in all aspects of personnel management to include employee training on a large scale, design and implementation of training programs, finance and budget management, HR, Infection Control, Client relations, union relations, Supply management, employee relations, and patient satisfaction to name a few. I have been instrumental in raising satisfaction scores in every assignment that I have been attached to, to include raising the HCAHPS scores in all my hospital assignments. I have also significantly improved the patient satisfaction PRC scores in the same amount of time. While managing the Leadership Center for the Boeing Company, I maintained a guest satisfaction score of over 98% for my entire tenure.I am a highly motivated self starter who is good at \"big picture\" analysis and putting together the necessary short and long range plans to get to an achieved goal.
