My role is to bring clarity to their financials so they can confidently decide when to hire, how to price, and where to invest without needing a full finance team.Some ways we have helped clients- Supported a CPG client in removing personal guarantees from their line of credit while also expanding that credit from $500K to $4M. This gave them the capacity to invest in inventory in line with forecasted growth- Designed a new treasury structure that maximized deferred revenue and uncovered tens of thousands of dollars in missing interest income- Developing AR processes to cutdown overdue invoices by over $400k (>50% overdue invoices collected) in 6 months- Coached and assisted a founder through a financial audit, significantly reducing the time and stress they spent on the process so they could stay focused on running the business- Helped a client model the impact of expected tariff increases on cash flow and built a long-term strategy to protect margins and guide future decisions.At the core, our work is about making the financial side of the business clear, reliable, and actionable so founders can run their companies with confidence.
