This initiative involved designing and implementing processes, integrating systems, building supplier relationships, and leading recruitment efforts to assemble a high-performing team.Today, I am proud to help lead a dynamic and multi-award-winning claims department. What started as a small team of 6 has grown to over 95 professionals in just eight years. This growth reflects DCL’s remarkable trajectory and the collaborative efforts of our team.As DCL continues to expand and thrive, I remain committed to driving innovation and adaptability, ensuring our claims operations evolve to meet emerging challenges and deliver exceptional results.
