I\'m responsible for the design and operation of the AWS Systems Manager services that enable customers to safely and reliably configure and maintain fleets of hundreds of thousands of virtual machines and container clusters, safely change configuration for cloud infrastructure like storage or messaging, define and enforce policy, understand their application state, and quickly and safely mitigate operational issues.
