ABOUT STEVEN THOMPSON
I have been blessed to work in organisations that have allowed me to grow my HR skills and experience across the full range of HR specialisms including HR partnering, change management, business transformation, organisation development, employee engagement, learning & development, policy development, employee relations, talent management, TUPE and performance management to name a few.I am currently working in BT Global Services on transformation and development programmes to shape the business for the future. Having stepped out of a senior HR partnering role for this I have loved developing strategies and influencing and making decisions using my people background to give differing perspectives I am commercially and customer focused and I have supported a number of business functions ranging in different size and complexity including Sales, Retail, Technology, B2B, Professional Services, Contact Centres, Finance, HR & Communications both domestic and internationally.Passionate around my own development I have achieved a Masters Degree in HRM with Distinction which won a CIPD People Management Award in 2016 and Chartered membership status of CIPD.
